The platform aims to provide legal professionals with up-to-date information on legislative and regulatory developments, targeting a user base of lawyers, legal advisors, judges, and decision-makers. It provides easy access to a wide range of relevant and reliable documents.

Project Objectives

1. Centralize and structure Moroccan legal information: Offer a platform that brings together all legislative and regulatory news in one place, simplifying monitoring and analysis for professionals.
2. Create an intuitive and efficient user experience: Provide quick and easy access to the desired content, with an interface that adapts to different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
3. Ensure real-time content updates: Integrate automated information feeds to ensure users always access the latest legal texts.
4. Seamless integration with Artemis’ document platform: Enable smooth navigation between JurisPro’s legal news and Artemis' detailed document repository, with direct links to laws and in-depth analyses.

Challenges Faced

1. Managing massive volumes of data: With such a large document repository, it was essential to develop a fast, optimized indexing system to process millions of documents while ensuring high precision in search results.
2. Continuous updates: The flow of legal information had to be maintained in real-time, requiring the implementation of automated scrapers, indexing systems, and RSS feed management, while avoiding redundancies.
3. Meeting the needs of legal professionals: Users needed a platform that was both intuitive and capable of performing complex searches (by document type, date, legal domain, etc.), ensuring fast navigation and a pleasant experience.
4. Regulatory compliance and security: The handling of legislative and regulatory data required strict adherence to security and confidentiality standards, ensuring data integrity and secure sharing.

Technical Solutions Implemented

1. Modular and scalable architecture:**

• We opted for a cloud-based infrastructure with microservices, enabling dynamic scalability according to needs. This approach effectively handled the vast volume of documents and ensured continuous site availability, even during high traffic periods.
• The architecture was also designed to allow the addition of new features without service interruptions.

2. Advanced search engines:**

• One of the main challenges was ensuring fast and relevant searches across millions of documents. We integrated advanced indexing algorithms using search technologies like Elasticsearch, allowing keyword searches, specific filters, dates, and legal domains.
• Special attention was given to filters and sorting options to ensure that the most recent and relevant information appeared first.

3. Automated update flow and intelligent scrapping:**

• An automated scrapping system was implemented to collect legal news from official sources. This information is then automatically sorted and indexed for integration into the site, ensuring that users always have access to the latest texts.
• Site administrators also have a powerful back-office to manually validate, correct, or add information when necessary.

4. Security and compliance:**

• We implemented strict security standards with SSL protocols to ensure confidentiality in data exchanges. Firewalls and protection systems against DDoS attacks were also deployed.
• Additionally, all data processed on the platform complies with relevant regulations, including GDPR.

5. Ergonomic and responsive user interface:**

• The design was created to be accessible on all devices. Special attention was given to the site's ergonomics, allowing users to easily navigate between different sections, whether searching for texts or consulting reports and legal analyses.
• The site's structure was simplified with clear menus and visible search tools on the homepage.

Results Achieved

• From its launch, JurisPro Maroc quickly gained a growing number of registered users, with highly positive feedback on the ease of use, the quality of available information, and the relevance of the searches.

• Lawyers and other legal professionals reported a significant reduction in the time spent searching for information. Faster and more precise search results allowed them to focus more on analysis and decision-making.

3. Centralization and structuring of information flows:**

• JurisPro Maroc centralized dispersed information on Moroccan legal news, creating an indispensable reference for lawyers and decision-makers. It also facilitated access to laws and case law, strengthening the expertise of users.

4. Continuous site optimization thanks to user feedback:**

• Through a well-established feedback process, DSI Conseil & Services made continuous improvements to the site, adding additional features and adjusting the user experience based on expressed needs.

Conclusion

The JurisPro Maroc project allowed DSI Conseil & Services to demonstrate its expertise in developing digital solutions tailored to the specific needs of legal professionals. By combining cutting-edge technology, scalable infrastructure, and user-centric design, we created an effective tool that simplifies access to legal information and optimizes the productivity of professionals in the sector.
